Any service/product offered by Web Bits is subject to the following Refund & Cancelation Policy. 

Project deposits (50%) are non-refundable.  No exceptions. 

Client/Customer may request to cancel any pending project at any time. No refunds will be issued.

No cancelations/refunds for completed/finished projects. 

Workshops/Webinars can be canceled with a full refund up to 3 days before the scheduled date.  If a Workshop/Webinar is canceled 24 hours before the scheduled date, a 50% refund would be issued. There is no pro-rated refund. If a Workshop/Webinar is canceled on the scheduled date, no refund will be issued. No exceptions.
